You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. baja4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify baja4d immediately and change your password without delay.
baja4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform. Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or material breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
baja4d is required under its international licensing obligations to verify the identity and age of all users before permitting withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit the following documents:
KYC documents must be submitted and approved before your first withdrawal is processed. baja4d aims to complete standard verification within 24 hours on business days. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. You may continue to deposit and play during the verification period, but withdrawals are suspended until verification is complete. baja4d may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes.

Deposits via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited to your Account within 5-15 minutes during business hours (WIB timezone). Processing may be delayed outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays. baja4d does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment source (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own legal name matching your baja4d Account details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not in your name may be reversed, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
baja4d complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns. You may be required to provide bank statements, payslips, or other financial documents to verify the legitimate origin of funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless alternative arrangements are approved by baja4d. Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 9 PM WIB). Weekend withdrawal requests are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account settings and may vary based on your Account status and verification level. VIP players may be eligible for increased limits.
To comply with AML regulations, deposited funds must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to real money deposits, not bonus funds. If you deposit and attempt to withdraw without meeting minimum wagering, baja4d reserves the right to charge an administrative processing fee of up to 5% of the withdrawal amount.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published on the individual promotion page. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Standard contributions are: slots 100%, live casino games 10-20%, table games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds (typically bets at odds 1.80 or higher contribute 100%). Players may opt out of receiving promotional bonuses by contacting customer support. Once opted out, you will not be eligible to claim new bonuses until you explicitly opt back in.
baja4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where odds are displayed incorrectly due to technical error, where bet amounts exceed standard risk thresholds, or where there is suspicion of collusion or fraud. Once a bet is confirmed in your betting slip and a unique bet ID is generated, the bet is considered accepted.
All sports bets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body. baja4d follows standard sports betting rules for settlement, including dead-heat rules, void bets when matches are postponed or cancelled, and Asian Handicap half-win/half-loss calculations. Slot games, table games, and live casino games are provided by third-party game providers and are subject to the providers' official game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and random number generator (RNG) certifications. In the event of obvious errors such as incorrect odds, miscalculated payouts, technical malfunctions, or human error, baja4d reserves the right to void the affected bets or correct the settlement. If your connection to the Platform is interrupted during gameplay, any active bets in sports betting are settled according to the eventual result of the event. In casino games, disconnections are handled according to the specific game provider's malfunction rules, typically continuing the game round to its conclusion and crediting winnings upon reconnection.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, baja4d's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall baja4d's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
